Yesterday I went to install Wordpress 2.1.2 (the latest version as of this writing) and I discovered that Wordpress now requires MySQL 4. There isn’t a lot of information on the internet about upgrading MySQL in a Plesk installation. These are the steps I took to upgrade my Fedora Core 2 Plesk installation.
